EVIL DEODORANT!
We live in a money hungry world where knowledge isn’t handed to you but with a curious mind you can attain life saving information. Society doesn’t offer any information if it means declining profits. The results of growth hormone injected meat, processed foods can be seen in our younger generations as they hit puberty younger and younger. When money and power rule the leaders of our worlds we are left to find balance in our own. If not, we are left victim to the effects.
Cancer, breast cancer, Alzheimers, and dementia are all health problems I have become familiar with by watching the people around me deal with it. When my Aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer I watched her fight the battle from afar. Coming home to see surgery scars in her armpit, no hair due to chemo, and heartfelt stories of bravery through her struggle left me in awe of her triumph. Now the stories of friends fighting breast cancer, having breasts removed, going through chemo, and now even men getting breast cancer are constant. Thankfully everyone I know has very supportive families that help him or her through their struggle. I can’t imagine having to go through something like that alone. But what bothers me is that every person that visits their doctor is then told that aluminum in deodorants is a factor that can lead to breast cancer. Why is this news so new to us until diagnosed with it?
Aluminum is a toxin and has been linked to Alzheimers, brain disorders, respiratory disorders, and cancer. Aluminum clogs the pores in your underarms trapping body odor and sweat keeping you sweat free and smelling good. But the effects it has on the inside of your body isn’t worth the risk. Leaving the toxins with nowhere to go can also lead to problems with the sweat glands and lymph glands.
Making the change from regular deodorant with aluminum to organic, aluminum free can be a difficult transition. When I made the switch I found that as the aluminum broke free from my pores and allowed the toxins to escape I sweat like I had never sweat before! My shirt was soaked, I admit, I had pit stains! It didn’t smell all that fantastic either. But it proved to me that the change was necessary. I wanted to give up and run back to my evil pore clogging deodorant a couple times because I admit I didn’t want to sweat and I didn’t want to stink. I had to try a couple of different types of deodorant in order to find a brand that worked for me.
I tried rock crystal, which was interesting; it was like rubbing a big piece of crystal on your underarm. I didn’t feel that it helped at all and it didn’t make me smell good either, it just basically did nothing for me. But I did find a few brands of roll on that are fantastic. Lafes natural and organic deodorant is so far my favorite. It uses mineral salts to keep you from sweating a lot and essential oils to make you smell good. Knowing that I have found an alternative that works make the switch a no brainer.
While big companies do there best to deny the medical finds of what harm your deodorant can cause I find comfort in knowing that I can make a better choice free from harm. Trust your instincts and make subtle changes in your everyday life. This awareness will save you from health risks and problems in the future. Being aware of our body that is our temple is not just a job it’s our duty.

New Blog: Beautiful Movements
NEW LIFE TO BEGIN
The moment you must trust yourself to choose correctly when you take your leaps of faith in life is what we prepare for everyday. Each time it is presented you are challenged to believe in yourself. Filled with questions as you go the Universe directs you in the right direction. Keeping your eyes peeled for the answers is the work we do to stay grounded. Having faith in yourself is having faith in something greater then you.
Purging the past by trashing belongings you no longer need, will open new space in your life to start fresh. Getting rid of the clutter from your house in return purges old thoughts, emotions, and feelings connected with the past. A reminder of a moment from the past can exist in an old sweater or picture. Throwing it away will release you of its power. As you open your mental space for positive thought, it will lead to positive action.
Knowing that life is divine timing and trusting that the time will come takes daily reminders and help. The work you do on yourself to always put your best foot forward takes facing your fears and practicing. Do whatever you have to do to be confident in everything you do. Then trust the imaginary path you set for yourself.
Confidence in life is having confidence in your-self. Your future will present itself to you faster then you think. The confidence you have today determines where you go tomorrow. Your future is waiting to be discovered. You decide how fast you get there.
*Today I finished cleaning my house. I now have a home. Once I finished I saged every floor and sang my mantra: Lokah Samasta Sukino Bavantu. I feel much better.*

Pussycat Doll 'molested as a toddler'.
Kimberly Wyatt has revealed that she is a victim of sexual abuse.
The Pussycat Doll admitted that she had been molested as a child and that a man attempted to rape her later on in life.
She told Now: "At [the age of] three I was molested."
Wyatt said that she realised that she had to "stand up" for herself after a man tried to sexually assault her when she worked on a cruise ship.
She continued: "So I took the incident to the captain... it took a lot of courage and bravery and the guy was deported back to Russia."
She added: "As rough as you've had it, there's someone out there who's had it worse."

Welcome!
Welcome to Dream&Believe, a fansite about Kimberly Wyatt from the Pussycat Dolls.
I will give you a little more information about Kimberly right now.
She was born: February 4, 1982 in
Warrensburg, Missouri, U.S.
She is best known for being a member of the modern burlesque pop/R&B group The Pussycat Dolls.
She is an American singer, dancer and choreographer.
Her father is a trucker and her mother travels with him. Before dancing, she attempted Tee-Ball, basketball and Brownies,[citation needed] which ended unsuccessfully. Wyatt began dancing at the age of seven. When she was fourteen, she earned a scholarship to study in New York's Joffrey Ballet and the Broadway Dance Center. At the age of seventeen, she graduated from high school and flew to Las Vegas to audition for cruise ship and casino shows. She worked in a revue on Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas, and visited most of Southern Europe.
She moved to Los Angeles in 2001 to pursue her dance career,[1] despite an offer from the Hubbard St. Dance Co. in Chicago. In 2002, Wyatt became one of the dancers on the comedy sketch show, Cedric the Entertainer Presents.
In 2003, Wyatt participated in the Black Eyed Peas' video "Shut Up" along side fellow Pussycat Doll Carmit Bachar, and was the choreographer and dancer for a music video for Nick Lachey's solo album. During the video shoot, choreographer Robin Antin, founder of the Pussycat Dolls, asked Wyatt to join the group.[4] Like her fellow members, she is a salaried employee of Interscope Records. She is best known with her dance sign, standing oversplit, which is shown in most of Pussycat Dolls music video. She stated herself in Loose Women that it is her trademark move, as she said that "her leg has become a celebrity in its own rights."
Wyatt's first vocal role in the Pussycat Dolls came when she recorded a solo song called "Don't Wanna Fall in Love" for the Deluxe Edition of their second album, Doll Domination.
She's also doing alot of charity work. She contributes a lot to RAINN, wich stands for: Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network.
Now you know more about Kimberly and I hope you will visit this site as much as possible.
